Shipping & Delivery Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders quickly and efficiently. Orders are shipped 7 days a week.

Shipping Cost

• Express Shipping: $15 AUD per order.

• All orders are sent via Express Shipping and include tracking.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM (AEST) are dispatched the same day.

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM will generally be dispatched the following day.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Metro areas: 1–3 business days

• Regional areas: 2–7 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, severe weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Every order comes with a tracking number. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch, as the carrier may need to scan the parcel before tracking becomes active.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes to an order once it has been dispatched.
